The palate has essentially the same report but with more spice which slides through the finish. Finish: Long with notes of caramel, baked apple, blackberry, brown bread and spice cake creating a dessert-like finish. Size: 750mL Proof: 128 64%. But the time for rumors is over. The 9-year gives it a lot of vanilla and fruit notes, but the 16-year gives those fruits depths, and a bit of dark chocolate.
